Born is Kalamazoo, but raised all my life in East Texas. Father was a builder. Grew up around housing industry my entire life. Married to Steve Nations with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and have 4 grandchildren. Licensed in both Texas & Arkansas since 1982. Love to buy, sell, flip, and remodel. Masters degree in Business Administration. Motto is "Let your light shine so bright that God can see your reflection in the stars" and never let them see you sweat. God first, husband, and family.
